Circa 1840 villa of 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Multicoloured brick with
stuccoed front. Hipped, slat roof, of moderately low pitch, with paired brackets
to eaves soffit. 2 large, modern square dormers added. Frieze of palmette and
anthemion mouldings. Plain reveals to sash windows with glazing bars, all replaced.
Ground floor windows have console bracketed cornices and are in square recesses.
7 steps, with cast iron handrail, to prostyle Doric porch with fluted columns
and pilasters. Door of 4 panels, 2-glazed.
