1830-40 villa. 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows . Low pitched, hipped, slate
roof with eaves soffit. Stucco centre bay and angles project slightly. Basement
plinth. Plain reveals to sash windows with glazing bars. 4 steps to prostyle
porch, key patterns on square columns and wreaths in frieze. Sides of porch
now blocked. Door of 4 panels, the upper 2 glazed, with cornice head and rectangular
fanlight.
