Mid C19 3-storey, 2 window house. Slightly set-back one window left extension
with basement containing garage. Low pitched, hipped slate roof has eaves soffit
with curved brackets. Stucco, with 1st floor band. Moulded architraves to sash
windows with glazing bars, those on ground and 1st floor with frieze and cornice.
Louvred shutters to 1st floor windows. 6-panel door, with patterned radial fanlight,
in modified entablature surround.
