Early C18 house with alterations. 3 storeys and sunk basement, 3 windows. Front
now rendered, with parapet concealing roof. Wide bands at 1st and 2nd floor
levels. Mid C19 sash windows, with side margin lights, in older, near-flush
moulded frames. Mid C19 moulded architraves to ground floor windows. Wide door,
of 4 fielded and 2 glazed panels, has fluted cornice head, continuous with impost
blocks of moulded architrave, and semicircular fanlight. Doorcase of paired
pilasters, with feather capitals, supporting leaf-patterned curved brackets to
cornices; open pediment over.
