Early-mid C19 villa. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Fairly low pitched slate roof concealed
behind parapet. Centre section recessed with balustrade over. Stucco with
frieze and cornice; and band at 1st floor level. 1st floor windows 2-light casements
with glazing bars. On ground floor 2 round bays, each with 3 restored sash
windows with glazing bars. Central prostyle Doric porch. Original double door
of 6 panels, the centre ones circular, with side lights. Segmental fanlight
with renewed radial bars. 1-storey set back right extension. North (garden)
front of 2 storeys and basement, 7 windows, of which 6 are in full height rounded
bays, at either side. All windows sashes with glazing bars in plain reveals.
Roof concealed behind frieze, cornice and parapet. 2nd and 6th 1st floor windows
blocked.
