1836 terrace, part of Market composition. Each 3 storeys and cellar, 2 windows.
Stucco, separated by pilasters supporting entablature and blocking course. Banded
rusticated ground floor. 2nd floor cill band. Sash windows with glazing bars,
mostly replaced, in plain reveals on 2nd floor and moulded architraves on 1st
floor, whose windows are long. Plain reveals to ground floor windows. No 5
has plain shop window not now in commercial use. 4-panel doors with cornice
head and rectangular fanlight. No 4 has 2 upper panels glazed.

The listed buildings on the South Side of College Approach form a group
with Nos 37 and 37A King William Walk.
