Circa 1836. 3 storeys, 2 windows each. Stucco with cornice and parapet. Houses
defined by risticated pilasters. Plain reveals to sash windows with glazing
bars. Raised, shaped panels between windows. 2nd floor cill band. Bracketed
cills to 1st floor windows. No 8A has altered mid C19 shop front on ground floor
and 2 double doors with cornice head and margin lights. A similar door to No
8B.

The listed buildings on the South Side of College Approach form a group
with Nos 37 and 37A King William Walk.
