(No 3A has a small entrance at left of No 3).
Early C18 house with alterations. 3 storeys and basement 4 windows. High pitched
roof renewed in machine tile. Multicoloured stock brick with red brick dressings.
2nd floor and most of 1st floor rebuilt. Gauged, flat brick arches to sash
windows with glazing bars, replaced except for one on right of door. 1st and
find floor bands. Original red brick dressings to ground floor windows and original
frame to ground floor right windows. Ground floor left window altered to door
(No 3A) with plain window over. 4 new steps to new door in moulded architrave.
Doorcase of panelled pilasters, console brackets, break-front cornice and pediment.
Renewed rectangular fanlight. Old wrought iron area railings.
