Mid C18. 2 storeys, attic and basement, 5 windows. Slate roof with end chimneys
and 3 flat headed dormers. Red brick with cornice band and parapet. Brick angle
pilasters and band at 1st floor level. Gauged, flat brick arches to sash windows
with glazing bars in flush frames with wood cills. Early C19 Doric prostyle
porch whose columns have been replaced recently by square concrete posts. Flight
of 7 stone steps, with wrought iron handrails, over semicircular gauged brick
arch. Square, 3-window, bay added at ground floor right. Half wall of multicoloured
stock brick with stuccoed coping. End piers with ball finials. Plain wrought
iron railings and gate with scrolled overthrow.

All the listed building in the West side of Crooms Hill from Nos 54 to 68
form a group.
