Early C19 2-storey, 3-window villa. Low pitched, hipped, slate roof with deep
eaves soffit and string below. Yellow stock brick, stuccoed 1st floor cill band.
Side sections project slightly. Gauged, flat brick arches to recessed sash
windows with glazing bars in stucco-lined reveals. 4-panel door with cornice
head and rectangular fanlight with glazing bars.
