Circa 1830-40 group of villas, each 2 storeys and sunk basement, 3 windows. Low
pitched, hipped slated roofs with end chimneys and eaves soffits. Multi- coloured
stock brick. (No 3 now colourwashed). Gauged, flat, yellow brick arches to
recessed sash windows with glazing bars. 1st floor centre windows of Nos 2,
3 and 4 blocked and stuccoed. Round headed door openings, in round arched recesses,
to 4- or 6-panel doors with reeded cornice heads and fanlights. Nos 4 and 6 have
patterned fanlights. All but No 3 have heavy prostyle Ionic porches with wreaths
in frieze above columns.

Nos 1 to 6 (consec) form a group.
