Second quarter of C19, 3 storeys and attic, one window, with one 1st floor window
on convex quadrant return to arched market entrance. Stuccoed front with panelled
parapet, Slated mansard roof with 2 dormers on return. 1st and 2nd floor 3-light
sash windows with glazing bars. Console bracketed cornice and pediment to 1st
floor window. The angle window a rounded sash with glazing bars. Modern shop
on ground floor. At left a rusticated stucco screen wall of 2-storey height,
holding high, rounded arch with voussoirs, keystone and impost blocks. Cornice
with blocking course. On frieze below inscription "GREENWICH MARKET."

Nos 10 to 16 (even) form a group.
