Early-mid C19 villa. 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Low pitched, hipped
slate roof with eaves soffit. Stucco. 1st floor cill band and basement plinth.
Deep blind cases to sash windows, 1 retaining glazing bars. 1st floor windows
have later, cast iron balconettes. 4 steps to half glazed double door, with
rectangular fanlight, in wood trellis porch. Low 2-storey, 2 window extension
at right with right bay blank. Left basement window modernised.
