1840-50 pair, stucco. 2-storeys and basement, 1-window each in main block. Low
pitched, hipped slate roof with deep eaves soffit. 1st floor sash windows in
plain reveals with cornices high above. Ground floor wide 3-light sash windows
opening to trellis balconies, with swept canopies, supported on wood, quasi-Ionic
posts in front of 3-light basement windows. No 105 has 2-storey, 2-window left
entrance wing. Half-glazed door has reeded cornice head and rectangular fanlight
with glazing bars; and is in trellis porch of similar appearance to window balcony.
Garage door at extreme left. No 107 has similar trellis porch over half glazed
door with pointed arch and glazed spandrels, pointed lower panels.
