Early-mid C19 2-storey 3-window villa. Yellow stock brick with stone cornice
and stone coped parapet concealing roof. Stone plinth. Gauged brick arches
and stone cills to sash windows with glazing bars in stucco lined reveals. 1st
floor windows flat headed, ground floor windows round headed in round arched
recesses with stone impost blocks. Original door, now half glazed but retaining
old knocker, with reeded cornice head and patterned, radial fanlight, under round
gauged brick arches set in similar recess to those of windows.
