Mid C19 terrace, of 2-storey, 2-window cottages, curving round hillside. Slate
roof of moderate pitch with stuccoed eaves soffit and stuccoed frieze below.
Square dormers to Nos 15, 21, 27, 29 and 31. Multicoloured stock brick with
walls stuccoed below 1st floor cill band. Moulded architraves to ground floor
windows. All windows sashes with glazing bars. Cornice hoods, on scrolled consoles,
to doors with cornice heads and small rectangular fanlights. No 1 has entrance
on East return. Fire insurance signs on Nos 1, 7, 11, 17, 23, 33. Plaque at
1st floor of No 1- has masonic mark and inscription "College Place East."

Nos 1 to 75 (odd) form a group with Nos 20 to 30 (even) Dutton Street.
