2nd quarter of C19, pair. Each 3 storeys and sunk basement, 2 windows. Main,
2-window centre block under low pitched, hipped, slate roof with paired brackets
to deep eaves soffit. Slightly set back, 1-window side bays have stone frieze,
cornice and blocking course. Yellow stock brick. Stone rusticated, alternating
block quoins to centre block, stone bands at 1st and 2nd floor cills, stone basement
plinth. All windows sashes with glazing bars, those in centre block 3-light.
Gauged brick arches, very shallow segmental to windows. 1st floor windows in
centre block have heavy, balustraded stone balconies on scrolled brackets. Doors
in outer bays, up 2 stone steps, are of one large beaded panel and have cornice
head and plain fanlight under round, gauged brick arch. Wrought iron area railings.
