1824 3-bay cottage of 1 storey on high basement. Low pitched hipped roof with
central chimney renewed in modern tile. Slightly over-hanging eaves. Walls
stuccoed with incised lines. At right long casements tpo cast iron balcony.
At left 5 stone steps, with cast iron handrails, to half glazed double door in
wood trellis porch. On right return 2 small cast iron balconies similar to that
on front. Inside, the basement rooms are groin vaulted and said to be the remnants
of Wricklemarsh house, formerly on the site.
Studio extension at left is modern and not included in listing.
