Early-mid Cl8 with alterations. 2 storeys, 3 windows, wide proportions. High
pitched roof renewed in modern pantiles. 2 old end chimneys, the southern one
rendered. Red brick with 1st floor band. Modern 3-light casements, those on
ground floor under segmental brick arches. Modern central door set back. Rear
extended and roof raised.

The Scout Hall and Nos 4 to 7 (consec) (Maiden's Bridge Cottages) form a group.
