Early C19. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Stock brick with weatherboarded front. Sash
windows with glazing bars, those on ground floor with external shutters. Wooden
verandah, with tented lead roof, across ground floor. Low pitched hipped slate
roof with bracketed eaves soffit. End chimney stacks.

No 1, The School House and The Cottage form a group.
