Early Cl9 2-storey, 3-bay villa. Low pitched, hipped slated roof with deep eaves
soffit. Stock brick. Gauged brick arches, flat to ground floor windows, and
round to doorway and to the arched recesses in which door and windows are set.
Recessed sash windows with glazing bars in stucco lined reveals (except 1st floor
centre window, modern plate glass). Modern glazed door with mutuled cornice hood
and blocked fanlight.
