Circa 1870-80 building in Art-and-Craft style. 2 storeys, 3 windows, irregular.
Stock brick with lst floor band of vertical bricks, Tiled roof with many half-hipped
gable ends. Tall chimney stacks with arrises. Eaves raised above larger 1st
floor windows. Ground floor windows mostly bays with hipped roofs. All windows
are casements. Entrance porch has round arch in 3 planes. Inside graceful curved
staircase and some shouldered door arches of early Gothic type.
