Circa 1876. Design E W Godwin adapted by W Wilson. Red and yellow brick,
partly tile hung, and with a tiled roof. Two storeys and attic. Three storeyed
gabled bay to return elevation. Flat roofed addition with coved cornice.
Single storey bay to Marlborough Crescent. Original brick pier to front garden.
Of particular interest as being among the first houses built in Bedford Park,
and designed by the estate's first architect.
