Circa 1880. After R N Shaw's second detached design of 1879. A low profile
design in red brick with a large and steeply pitched expanse of tiled roof.
Two storeys and attic. Sloped gable over altered entrance all in slight projection.
Single storey bay with timber railing and round headed window above rising
into roof as half dormer. Gabled dormer in roof above entrance bay. Brick
chimneys in roof slope.
