Constructed 1852. Sir George Gilbert Scott. Kentish rag and Bath stone with
west spire. Early English style with geometric tracery. Some additions by
G F Bodley. Nave, chancel, aisles and west tower with spire. Five bay nave
with hammerbeam roof. Quite rich interior treatment. Restored after bomb
damage.
