Circa 1882. By E J May. Red brick with tiled roofs. Three storeys. Main
elevation to South Parade with pair of 2 storey gabled bays, timber framed
with brick nogging in the gables. The porch and rear wing are probably additions.
Dormers. Brick corner pier to front garden.
