Circa 1878. By R N Shaw, built to the first detached design. Yellow brick with
the upper floor tile-hung, tiled roof. Two storeys and attic, 2 windows, ground
floor bays on brackets. One flat topped dormer with gable to right. Entrance
on left hand side. Timber gate, and railing on rendered dwarf wall to front garden.
