Circa 1878. By R N Shaw, to the first detached design. Yellow brick with the
upper floor tile-hung, tiled roof. Two storeys and attic, 2 windows, ground floor
bays on brackets. Dormer with gable to left. Entrance on right hand side, garage
added to left not of special interest. Of interest as an exact example of Shaw's
published design.
