Circa 1880. Probably by R N Shaw, altered. Red brick with tiled roof. Two
storeys and attic. Two storey bay with lean-to roof.
Brick gate piers and timber railings, all modern. Originally occupied by
the artist E Blair Leighton who had a top floor studio.
