Dated 1796, in (later) brick design on the front elevation. Two storeys. Six casement
windows. Off-centre door with porch. Red brick and flint with brick dressings and
quoins. Three stacks in the rear roof. Rear brick-and-flint outshot. Modern tile
roof. Possibly originally 3 cottages, now one.
