No 39 (Tivoli Lodge)

Attributed to Decimus Burton who was associated with Beulah Spa (now demolished)
to which this building was a lodge. The spa was opened circa 1831.

Early C19. Stuccoed. Moulded band between storeys. One 3-light window with square-
headed reveals and a band of incised quatrefoil ornament above the lower one. Gabled
projection to right with first floor casement and gabled porch with 4-centred heads
in square reveals. Slate roof with fretted barge and eaves boards and pendants.
