1860. Asymmetrical stuccoed villa. Two parallel ranges. Central turret with
glazed dome rising through the valley between them. Two storeys. Two sash windows,
the right hand one under shallow projecting gable with elaborately moulded brackets
and deep eaves, and ground floor one canted with bracketed cornice with urns at the
angles (one missing). Arched window above with splayed reveals decorated with
guilloche mouldings. Left hand bay has tall ground floor window with hood supported
on brackets and supporting 2 urns. Segmental headed window over with simple
architrave, cill with sunk panel below and window head breaking into roof. Arched
porch on south elevation. The deep bracketed eaves continues on gable overhangs;
stacks with moulded panels and cornices on all end elevations. Lower rear wing.
