Probably late C19. Two storeys, with 4 gabled bays rising into roof. Flint with
brick dressings and decorative timber work. Ornamental tiled roof. Two large
brick stacks with diamond flues. Main gable end to right has cusped barge-boards
with pendant. Four gabled bays to front (outer gables larger), also with pendants.
Imitation timber framing on jettied first floors. Three-light upper windows, 6-light
ground floor windows, with mullions transoms and Gothic heads to glazing. Central
wooden porch under steeply pitched roof with cusped barge-boards. Brick boundary
wall with tall gatepiers coping and pointed decorative arches.
