Early C19 stucco 'Cottage Ornee'. Two storeys with 3 storey centrepiece crowned with
open pediment. Central semi-circular fluted Doric porch with trellis verandah over;
cast iron valance and cresting. Windows above set in open pediment on paired
modillions. Cornice of porch carried across front and over recessed right-hand
window. Left-hand ground floor projects, with 3-light sash window between pilasters
with cornice and parapet with vases. One window to first floor of each recessed
wing surmounted by half pediment raked up to central part of house. Jalousies and
cast-iron window-box guards.
