Late C18 or early C19, altered and partly rebuilt by Henry Goschen after 1866. South
(garden) front 2 storeys, 3 bays, 2 French windows to ground floor, 2 sashes with
central blocked opening above. Verandah with curved zinc canopy and iron openwork
standards. West (entrance) front 2 storeys, 9 bays, 3 bay centre flanked by taller
single bay projections with bowed fronts, then a further 2 bays on each side. Mid C19
2 storey porch with bay window over in centre of front, remaining window all sashes.
East front, similar on west front. Hipped slate roofs rendered stacks. Modern
additions to north and north-east. Interiors considerably altered.
