Part of the same composition as Davidson Lodge. By S W Dawkes, circa 1852. Small
semi-octagonal structure. One storey with attic. Red brick with black brick
diapering; hipped slate roof and central red brick stack. Dormer in north-west
elevation with Dutch gable. Rectangular headed windows with 4-centred headed
lights. Three-lights to window in north-west elevation, and one-light in remaining
elevations. Porch on north front and small lean-to addition against south wall.
