Early C19, possibly with the remains of an earlier house incorporated. Two storeys. Stucco. Large two storey bow in centre of front elevation with three sashes, those on the ground floor full length. Architraves to all windows, those to the ground storey also with cornices. Modillioned cornice and wooden balustrade. Shallow lead domed roof over with small drum top. Side wings have shallow recesses under segmental heads to ground floor, one containing a three-light sash window, the other a window and door. Sash windows with architraves over. Dentilled cornice with panelled and balustraded parapet. Similar windows in the upper floor of the side elevations.
Extensive conservatory on the south-east elevation with two domes and iron cresting.
Terrace steps lead to gardens.

Interior: Certain late Georgian features, eg grates and doors, but most of the decoration is circa 1860 and later.
