Mid C19 villa of 2 storeys, 3 windows, with slightly projecting 2 storey, 2 window
right wing. Low pitched, hipped, slated roofs with long, moulded paired brackets
to eaves soffit. Pale grey brick with brick quoins. Gauged yellow brick arches
with keystones to recessed sash windows with margin lights, those on 1st floor
segmental, those on ground floor round. Half glazed door with rectangular fanlight
in shouldered moulded architrave. Prostyle Ionic porch with dentil cornice.
