Model Cottages, 1858 legend carved on large stones in south gable. Row of 3, each
2 storeys, 2 windows. Stock brick with red brick dressings. High pitched slated
roof has eaves broken by 6 tall narrow gables above lst floor windows. Sash windows
with glazing bars. Gabled porches in centre and on returns have doors in Tudor
arches and high relief Tudor portraits in panels above. Included for group value
and curiosity value.

St Ann's Church School and Nos 1 to 5 (odd) form a group with Church of St Ann
and its walls, ST ANN's ROAD.
