Early C19 pair, each 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows in main block, with 2 storey slightly set back entrance extensions, that of No 12 1 window, that of Roll wider and with a late C19 darted bay added on ground floor. Greyish brick, stucco cornice with paired pseudo-modillions and blocking course. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars, those on ground floor in round arched recesses. Stuccoed basement. 5 steps, with wrought iron handrails, to doors. No 11 has modernised door in angle porch with slender quasi-Ionic colmms and mutule cornice. No 12 has half-glazed door with patterned fanlight.

Nos 1 to 16 (consec) form a group.
