Late Cl7 or early C18 with alterations. Each 2 and a half storeys, 1 window. Red
brick, partly rebuilt, with parapet partly concealing high pitched tiled roof. End
chimneys and an added chimney. Sash windows with glazing bars in exposed box frames
under cambered arches. No 46 has reproduction bow shop front. No 48 has plain modern
shop front.
