Substantial early-mid C18 house, now as 2. Each 3 storeys and basement, 4 windows,
with added 2 storey, 1 window outer entrance extension. Brain brick with red
brick dressings, including axial and angle pilasters and moulded cornice. Stone
1st floor band and parapet coping. Gauged flat brick arches with triple keystones
to sash windows with glazing bars. No 5u5 has 5 stone steps, with wrought iron
handrail, to 6 panel door, with patterned radial fanlight; in rusticated recess.
doric doorcase with fluted pilasters, triglyph frieze and mutuled cornice hood;
another door in entrance bay. No 585 has half glazed double door, with replaced
patterned fanlight, in entrance bay.

Nos 581 to 585 (odd) and walls form a group.
