Early/mid C19. 2 storeys. 3 windows. Yellow brick with stone coping to broad
gable containing arched attic window. Arched doorway with patterned fanlight
and added porch. 1 window to east return. West and rear blank. Slated roof
with eaves at sides only. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows, glazing bars.
Plaque on right return. "JAMES PLACE 1812".
