Circa 1904 low stone plinth with plain wrought iron railings. Urn finials at
Intervals. Square brick piers, with stone cornices and ball finials, at outer
corners and in centre, where these frame 1 double + 2 single wrought iron gates,
the 'former hanging from square wrought iron piers with overthrow

St Leonards House, Porters and Walters almhouse, the Commemorative Stone and
the front railings and gates form a group.
