5 pairs of early C19 cottages, each 2 storeys, I window with low pitched hipped
slate roofs and entrances on returns. Gauged. flat brick arches to sash windows
with glazing bars, Doors of 6 flat panels. These cottages have suffered severely
from alterations in recent years. All but 4 (including Nos 5 and 6, which have
pedimented front) have been stuccoed or pebbledashed and of these 4 2 have had
the brickworkpainted. All but 2 of the windows,have been changed to casements;
and several doors have been modernised or enclosed in porches of varying design.

Nos 1 to 10 (consec) form a group.
