2 storey, 3 bay villa of 9nd quarter of C19. Stock brick with painted front.
flipped slated roof of fairly low pitch with eaves soffit and end chimneys. Gauged
flat brick arches to lst floor centre sash window with glazing bars and to blocked
flanking windows. Prostyle Roman Doric porch to door of 6 flat panels with patterned
fanlight over. Rear shouts sash windows with glazing bars on lst floor, long 4-light
casements with cast iron balconies below, and a full height basement storey.

Nos 16 to 20 (even) No 20A, Highgate Tabernacle and No 22 form a group.
