1938 by Slater, Moberly and Uren. Forms part of composition around small green, with
Hornsey Town Hall and Broadway House.
Two builds. Light pinkish brick with stone coped parapet 5 storeys. Nine-bay west
part has projecting right entrance bay with stone architrave, long window over and carved
brick sculpture representing light above this, Set back 6-bay right section has projecting
ground floor. Long windows ground and first floors. Top floor blank but for narrow
stone panels over first floor windows. Showroom on groundfloor of left section
continues round corner to main road.
