Formerly Berwick Manor Farmhouse, C17-18 with C19 alterations. Two storeys,
colour-washed cement. Cement band between ground and 1st floor, giant panelled
outer pilasters. Off-centre stucco porch with square piers, frieze cornice
and blocking course. Three irregularly placed restored 3-light sashes flanked
by fixed single lights in upper floor, 2 flanking doors below. Large old
hipped roof with slate coverings and 2 flat topped dormers. Central cemented
stack with 5 flues, 1 rear stack.
