2 early-mid C19 pairs, each house 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows, one in narrower
set back outer entrance bay with parapet front. Main block has fairly low pitched
hipped slate roof with bracketed eaves soffit. Stock brick with stucco 1st and
2nd floor bands, and basement with banded rustications. Ground floor and basement
windows in wide round bow crowned by stucco cornice and blocking course. Sash
windows with glazing bars, curved in bows and tripartite on ground floor with pilasters,
frieze and cornice. Moulded architraves above. 9 steps to 6-panel doors, with
rectangular fanlights, in entablature surrounds.

Nos 25 to 30 (consec) form a group.
