Stuccoed. 3 storey and basements. 3 windows wide. Continuous iron balcony
at 1st floor. Entrance on return, with timber Doric porch and patterned
fanlight. Parapet. Roof not visible. Wrought iron area railings. House
forms part of group with nos 2 & 3 & 5 to 9 consec.
